I called HR 2 days back, they confirmed that the results will be out by 25th Feb. They are going to take Top 240's (120 for April and 120 for Oct)
They told me that they are getting all the forms to Mumbai-HR from all the locations.
hopefully Shortlisiting will start from 21st.

But durining my interview the hr had told that for october batch they will have a seperate process....
i have 32 months exp as IT engineer...so during interview the hr had told that i am ineligible..for april batch...and told me to try for october batch..
But if they are announcing for october batch now it self then i must also be considerd...
can u plese pm me the hr number so that i can also confirm the same...

no idea dude, they are not making it clear , Also i guess HR on phone calls are also not properly updated about the same..So nothing is sure I guess,till the results are declared.

I talked to ICICI HR today and they told that the selection was both for april and october batch.The management will decide that who will join in which batch bcoz some guys did well in interview but they have not completed 3 years work exp.(in that case they might be given a chance in october batch).The result will be out on or before 25th FEB and the selected candidates will intimated through sms,email and phone call from HR team.
Lets hope for the best....:D
honestly- i have a feeling that this is one of the most messed up and disorganised HR system i can imagine....they have freaking no timelines..no idea what they are doing and they miss their own deadlines...their HR Dept has a satandard answer to everything- "we dont know sir"...
am just trying to imagine how ICICI bank will react if a customer fails to pay his Credit card bill on time...and they themselves cant meet their own timelines 😐

de did ask me y my grad % was less....i told dem its a good score coming from Calcutta University which unlike some other univ hardly gives marks...

I feel so that organising the exams and declaring the results...managing end to end...Its a very complicated process And ICICI Bank handling these all things themselves...make it a challenging task.

they were able to conduct the written exams on time as planned. May be the evaluation of all the forms/profiles is taking time. I think they will normalize the data from all the centres and give a relative score.
Do remember they didn't ask for any Demand Draft/Fee for this entire process unlike other B-schools processes which easily ask you to pay 1000-1500 bucks.

Had they asked for Prospectus fee....I guess there wud not have been many takers....
Also they are giving handsome stipend during study(10K) and internship(50K), the whole concept is made lucrative so that they can tap the best of talent...
lets see how far they become successful in their plans 😃
