I reached to my location 15 min earler,seated in the order.Roughly 100 guyz have attended their GD today.We were asked to wait and when the time came they splittef us into 10 groups of 10 each for GD.Two ealderly old men and a older woman were there to screen us.We were given a topic on ABC bank to issue loan for one of the two pearl and cement corporation.They gave us 10 min to read the issue and 10 min to write on our analysis.make sure you mention right points bcoz they are really concentrating on them.Finally GD was held which dtarted as a fish market and finally everyone gave the other to speak.make sure that not obly speaking bit Paying attention to others is vital.Once we completed our GD we were asked to wait in some room.once all the batches are through obe gentleman came and started reading names.Iwas confident that I will make into it bcoz I have mentionef some valid points which were ignored by my team mates.but my name was not called.later one gentleman cam and told that thry are calling the candidates who are not selected.later we waited for 3 hrs and my Interview was done by the same 3 members.They are really polite and are looking at basic qns likw why MBA?Why ICICI?Then jpb profile?wat are ur expectations and wat will be ur contributions and thats all.Finally I had a great time and 2/3 members in panel are really happy withmy performance smiling at me and one lady asked me that wats the secret in me yo handle such a stress? They are very encouraging and friends u guyz will feel the same.Dont worry be confidenttt.

I guess people were called in based on batches with different timings(8.30, 11.30 etc), but you said there are around 100 people seated over there, do all these people belong to same batch? or they started for GD after people called on a particular day(All Batches included) reached the venue? Worst morning ..lost my phone in Metro..Reached at center around 9:30 am, Delhi There are 10 groups of 8 peoples. mine was mine was 6 th This year case study was same as previous year. I got case study of Cement industry. Like there are two corporation, you have to give term loan to one....like that selection ratio was not very high, normally 3-4 people selected from one group. After 2-3 hrs called for PI. PI was not very good..below are some points 1. Tell me about your self 2. Why MBA..why not M.Tech 3. Why do you want to do MBA in Finance and Banking They grilled me on my CV...

As Kalim said....there were 10 groups with 8 ppl in each batch at NBCC, Delhi. They selected 3-5 from every batch depending upon candidates abilities. The same panel (4 experts for our group) will do GD and PI for the selected candidate. I was in batch-2, 3 ppl got selected for PI from my batch. I was interviewed for almost 50 minutes though generally ppl were getting interviewed for 20-25 mins. Though im not fully satisfied as they asked right from the beginning, why this why that? why not Mtech after Btech...then y not BBA than Btech etc. Then they grilled me on my commercial sense. They said they were satisfied with my technical skills but they wanted to check my commercial sense (not knowledge). Lets see how have they pursued.... They gave 30 mins in all for case reading and writing (statement, soln and reason). 1 min to everyone for extemr round and then 15 min discussion. ATB to other ppl for their GD/PI... Regards.

Karan they called the name of ppl those ware not selected. it is not that every person called for PI. GD was screening round.

common karan read the post again...he said tht instead of announcing the names of selected people, the person called out the names of rejected people..of course to tell thm to leave so that the others can hv their PI...hw can everyone be call fr PI??

No bro...its like they created the suspense by called the name of ppl who rejected. And then finally someone came and informed all ppl whose name was called was rejected and can leave. Actually those who ware selected are those All candidate minus ppl whose name was called. So ultimatly those are called for PI whose name ware not called.
