I also got the call at 11 am stating that i have to carry 4 copies of my Resume.
I appeard the interview last year but unfortunately not got selected. As far as written examination is concerned-just focus on the simple mathematics like -averages,percentages,ratio n proportion,Time and work,Alligations,Profit n Loss.In reasoning part u will be asked about diagram based question and in English there will be basic Analogies.

In Case studies u will be given a case to study and then analysis, extempore and GD will be done based on that Case only. The case will be mainly finance or marketing related .However, no specialised learning is required to crack it.You must have common sense, intellectual thought and good presentation skills to crack it.

In interview,U will be asked on ur profile ,ur major contribution in your present job,Your role n responsibilities etc...Atlast according to my view this exam is 10%labour+90%luck...

New aspirants....If any further doubt then u can reply. I may help u.....Thanks n advance.

Hi Puys, About this attestation of the photocopies of our certs. Should it be attested by a gazetted officer or will self-attestation do? Pls respond, i think this is important. Dont see any info about this, i tried reaching those numbers in the mail, but they never answer.

Self attached will work but you have to bring original Cert. and mark sheet.

I too got a call from HR, he specifically told me get attested from a gazetted officer, he even told me to get attestation in employment proof and bring 4 copies of CV

Mr. Ashok can explain the situation to his boss..Is not only Mr Ashok whose credibility is at stake but the entire organisation reputation also. Once the news spreads that the company is canceling order after completion they will have a tough time inthe market. Also legal implications would be there as the contractor might sue them. So it wouldn't be a wise idea to cancel the order. This should be conveyed to the boss and let him call the shots. Mr. Ashok acted in his capacity to give the order and now if it is being cancelled by his boss, then his boss would be accountable to further implications and actions.

Mr. Ashok need to ask to his boss the reason for cancellation of order. If the reason is justifiable then they have to find an alternate method so that the company's image wil not hamper & at the same time vendor will not suffer. He can do following things -
1. He can directly re-negotiate with vendor & pay him penalty (just like terminating Futures)
2. he can direct vendor to sell the M/c to open market & pay him interest charges till the M/c get sold.
3. If the vendor does not agree to both situations then Mr. Ashok has to purchase M/c.

By doing so he ensures :
1. The brand name of company will not get detoriate in market
2. good relationship with vendor which may be fruithful in long term perspective.
3. No Negative signals will pass on to creditors of company.

Any comments :

1. Mr. Ashok should check for any financial obligation of the contract on the company in consultation with the finance and legal dept of his company.
2. He should inform the same to his manager.
3. If still the Manager insists on cancelling the order, he should cite the reasons for the same in writing.
4. This can be conveyed to the contractor as he might have an opportunity to rectify the problems.
5. This would provide a window for re-negotiation which would be a win-win situation for both parties.
6. In case all steps fail to bring any positive outcome, Mr. Ashok's company has to fulfill any contractual obligation
