Here we go found one in previous post.


An elderly woman who has received 15 lakhs and want to invest the same . The a list of investment options are given with lock in period , expected return and risk involved. we have to analyse her situation and then suggest an investment plan which will maximize her return and minimize risk.

Investment alternative Return Number of years Risk

Time deposits 10% 3 2
NSC 12% 6 1
Real estate 25% 10 2


As women is elderly..so the age must be one constraints and return one thing.
As some fund required a locking period,it means for that period of time she will not be able to withdraw any money.
1. NSC is not a good option for her as she can only be able to withdraw money after 6 years.
2. Government security is a good option but only in long run
3. Equity shares can be a good options but you have to consider market vulnerability
4. Company deposit looks one of the best option but have to see term and conditions
5. Time deposit will help her as we know elderly people get more interest and tax benefit
6. The option which look best for me is REAL ESTATE ...we all know it is the fastest growing market. Returns are very good and in long run future looks bright.

I am not an expert but you suggestions welcome 😃

Even I also appeared for the test on 29th but haven't got any email for GD. Seniors does the Case Study/PI process happens in slot or we can assume that we are not shortlisted. Please advise

I got a mail today for GD/PI on 4th Feb in Bangalore. I also got mail for OPQ. Last date to complete OPQ is mentioned as 28th Jan. Anyone received similar mail.
