Sbi so:- character certificate ka format Hai kya kisi ke pass. Character certificate any two chahiye to second one kaha se banwa le aur format bhi apna rakhna padega in case of Gazette officer or branch manager of sbi.. So please guide and share

Hello! Is there any specified format for the character certificates to be given in SBI SO Interview? Or do we need to give the ones provided by the College/School?
I got reply from IBPS..... Dear Candidate, The allotted date, time and venue for the interview cannot be changed as per the terms and conditions of the advertisement. Regards, Your IBPS - Candidate Grievance Redressal Cell Team,

whose dates are clashed at bangalore centre on 6th march and i was sc candidate i have an interview with ibps in hyderbad on 6th march both morning sessions
- sc-selected only in sbi(so-it)-bangalore on 6th
- sc-selected-only in ibps(so-it)-hyderabad on 6th
- sc-hyderabad and bangalore on 6h

Friends , choose IBPS interview .
Dates clashing for me too , i talked to many seniors and coaching mentors and they have advised me to go with IBPS as selection chances are high in it if we look at it with
1)In SBI only 30% out of the top 50% in merit list would be selected.
2) Hence , Just qualified Candidates who are on border in SBI and those with marks in middle range will NOT get selected even if they score 25/25 in interview.
3)IBPS has many banks under its hood and hence vcancies may INCREASE further.
4)There is a provision of waitlisting in IBPS and not in SBI.
5)Many IBPS guys would leave IBPS for SBI , hence waitlisted candidates would move up .
6)Hence , IBPS has overall a more chance of selection than SBI. OPen up your minds !!!
Be wise choose IBPS , I am going IBPS !!
Hey friends many will say choose sbi or Ibps..but consider these facts first..
1)Marks wise - In Sbi the probability is high that u will get good marks.IBPS believes in giving average marks.
2)Salary- SBI IT officer will get 7-8k more salary than his IBPS counterparts.
3)Training as well as Perks provided both are higher for SBI
