I dont understand why people will be interested for contract posts that too in govt org.. What purpose does it serve..Ab 8 years exp in IT wala banda sbi mein kyu aayega.. Woh exp bahar phir kaam bhi nahi aayega

i did not receive provisional certificate from my college, but they provided a certificate in which all details like passing marks and other things mentioned? will it be valid during document verification process before interview ? i have completed my graduation from government engineering college??
