For those people who want to know about syndicate pgdbf. Here are the details.you have to clear first the (online+ descriptive) test followed by( gd+interview). If u get selected after interview, you have to do diploma in banking and finance for which u have to pay 3.5 lakh+ other charges to Manipal school of banking. Duration of diploma is 9 months. You will get a stipend of 3k during these 9 months. If u cannot pay 3.5lakh u can get loan from syndicate bank which will be deducted from Ur salary after getting employed by bank. After this successful completion of course, u will be given 3 months training by bank during this training time u will get stipend of 15k per month. After training u will be posted as an asst manager in some branch of syndicate bank. This is a trap . If u once enter it u cannot leave it because of the money u have spended on it. That 1 yr will approximately cost u arnd 5 lakh(course+ charges rehne khaane ka) deducting stipend arnd will cost u 4.5lakh and with salary of 35-40k u need atleast 1 yr to recover that. So this job talking in money terms will give benefit after 2+ yrs. You can get this money back if u r loyal to bank that means if u do not leave the bank for 5 yrs u will get this 5 lakh back . 1 lakh per year will added to yr account in 6,7,8,9,10 yr as a loyalty bonus. For those thinking of results I only want to say that IBPS is very busy this week and also the upcoming week. It has to post 1 so exam result status 2 so exam score card 3clerk mains admit card 4 IBPS po interview call letter. 5. So mains call letter. Also it has to prepare rrb po and clerk rslt by the end of the month. So please have patience
One thing I noticed in case of this exam,candidates could not attempt very high numbers on an average in IT officer prelims .We were given 2 hours for 150 Qs,yet most of us could not attempt beyond 100(as the poll responses reveal),or maybe just 5-6 more than 100.Was it the english or the reasoning section,that dragged the no. of attempts down?I am trying to figure this out because while taking the exam,I didnt feel the paper was tough,at best it was moderate,yet at the end of 2 hours,I found my attempts to be lower than I had originally expected(106).

This is the first time I am giving IBPS SO, I have been preparing for gate from past one year, I was going through previous year papers and was
amazed to see the level of questions in SO, its too basic and straight forward if they follow same pattern many students would get close to full marks as level was too easy, all my friends in coaching filled this form and some part of my heart wants paper this time little hard to curb the competition.
