hi...people who who r looking forward to giving 9th and 10th IBPS PO 3....plz tell tell me that can they will ask for the data of 2nd quarter review i.e of recent 29 oct or the previous one i.e mid quarter review of September....coz i think the paper would have already been prepared to accommodate latest changes...plz enlighten us on this...
This is a bit off topic frnds: People leave private sector banks and join public sector banks by thinking that job safety....safe...secure...but they forget one thing that same things prevail in all private sector banks also…and salary of private sector bank is much higher than a PO in psb, in 30 or 32 age u will be in 1lac+ bracket in pvt sector bank bt in psb if u go to scale 5 den only u will get 1lac+ and 80k in hand i.e. scale 5 (Assistant General Manager) and that also when u ll be 50 yrs. People join in psb but difficult to get promotion, there r many aspects which will be judged before giving promotion and it is a cumbersome procedure. After granting of new licenses to private players, many psbian will leave and will join in TATAs, Reliance, Birla in higher package without any hesitation.
So if u r getting an opportunity in a private sector bank den do n't miss it because it can change ur lyf no doubt. 😃
