hi puys, my engineering marksheets are with the university for verification process. I am in last sem of MBA and will get those after maybe around 4-5 months. If BOB asks me those, what shoud I do, will BOB give time period of 6mths to produce the same ?? Any solution ??

To all those who have got CBI (Or any sarkari bank for that instance), CONGRATS!
I can see a lot of questions here and there about CBI, so if you all allow me, I would love to share my experience.
No bank is perfect, CBI is above average bank and if you all start comparing your allotted bank to PNB/SBI/ECGC, it will trouble you only!
We have some 4400+ branches and 44000+ employees, most of them are above 40 and will retire in next few months/years, so growth is actually easier in this bank.
Due to some reasons bank was not 'recruiting' many people during 1990s, so a lot of vacancies are there. Particularly Scale II.
While you can learn a lot in CBI, work pressure is just normal, people are actually friendly and cooperative, you can expect some 28000-30000 per month. And no bank will pay you any single Rupee more than CBI.
If you talk about postings, you will probably get area you have mentioned, but if bank has selected some 300 and you are in last 50-60, be prepared to go anywhere in 'Central India'.
Seniors are mostly cooperative and down to earth, this bank has a lot of Parsis which makes it a bit stylish and English speaking at times.
Do not be sad about not getting PNB/IDBI/SBI or whatever because those banks are excellent and have excellent workload waiting for you 😃
Last thing : Be proud, you are joining oldest bank, 100% Swadeshi Bank 😃

I have a que. . I have a friend who secured 85 in written and yet secured 39.20 in combined . I.e only 5.2 in interview >> 26 /100. But for result , it does not show " you have been failed in interview " Is this the case for everyone who was failed in interview or different for different people ?
