Hello Puys...

Had got 126 (UR) in clerk from Karnataka(not Native...working in Bangalore).. Dissappointed to find "U didnt clear cutoff for Interview".. Was preety good at it..answered all questions absolutely correctl and confidently..

Only Lacunae I could spot..No Knowledge of Kannada(local Language)..

Dosto... those who are experienced in Banking Interviews...Can you please suggest whether...

1> Not knowing Local Language

2> Working in an MNC with two years work-ex played the party spoiler...

Please help me in the post mortem to recover from this blot in my confidence..

Not sure whether I am tht bad not to clear an interview.. 😞
