WHY PO 2 CANDIDATES ARE CONFUSED ABOUT SEAT ALLOTMENT TILL MARCH 2014?,,, WHEN IBPS DECLARED THE VACANCIES FOR PO2 DURING ALLOTMENT THEN THOSE WERE THE VACANCIES FOR THEM, WHICH SHOULD BE FILLED BY MARCH 2013 PROVIDED THAT THE CANDIDATE JOINS,,WHATEVER SELECTION WAS TO BE DONE FOR THE YEAR MARCH 2013 - MARCH 2014 WAS TO BE DONE FROM THOSE NUMBER OF SEATS ONLY,,IN ADDITION TO THAT THOSE LUCKY GUYS EVEN GOT VACANCIES IN BMH WHICH INCREASED THEIR NUMBER OF SEATS,, PLUS 3 LISTS OF ALLOTMENT SO THAT MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CANDIDATES CAN GET A JOB,, THATS IT,,,NO MORE SEATS FOR THEM,,NOW NO MATTER HOW MANY OR LESS SEATS THERE EXIST, THEY HAVE TO BE FILLED WITH PO3 CANDIDATES,,,THAT IS HOW RECRUITMENT HAPPENS,,,ITS NOT DONE RANDOMLY AS WHENEVER THERE IS A VACANCY YOU SELECT ANYONE FROM THE PREVIOUS EXAM,,,SO WHY DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND THIS AND CONCENTRATE ON SOME FRUITFUL ACTIVITIES RATHER THAN WASTING THEIR TIME AND MONEY
