Re-exam of #SSC #CGL 2013 Tier-I & II to be held at identified centres from where reports of use of unfair means were reported. Further information about the exam and details of centres will be soon put on SSC website http://ssc.nic.in.

I have learnt about everybody discussing about some OBC candidate filing a PIL.
Folks, let me clear this out for you.
1. It's not a PIL. I hope everybody knows what a PIL means.
2. It's a CWP. Civil Writ Petition. Article no. 14 and 16 of our constitution gaurantess equality to every citizen of India barring caste, colour, community, gender etc.
3. When someone feels that he/she is denied equality, he/she may file a CWP in the highcourt.
4. In the very first hearing, case is heard by a judge having in depth knowledge of service related matters. So if you file a CWP, your lawyer will be up against the mighty judge. If he/she is able to clear, then it is taken as a case. And in that case also, the respondent were given atleast 30days time to respond.
5. If the judge feels that the case has no absolute value and it stands null and void the the judge dismisses the petition then and there. However, the applicant can again file a CWP with some more proofs/references in his/her favour.
tomorrow is the first full moon of new year .. so atleast today dont say that result might come .. absolutely no chance I am not saying that result will come tomorrow, but just stating a astrological fact according to which tomorrow has a good probability .. sorry for the bakar but it ends my share of bakar for today. thank you 
The Exact version of DoPT minister statement"Paper not going to be cancelled. There will be re-exam of Tier 1 at 12 dubious centers(not cities) in all over India. Regarding Tier 2 exact inputs from CBI is awaited and as the matter in court and stay is there on result of tier 2 neither result can be declared nor re-exam of tier 2 at dubious centers. As soon as CBI inputs received SSC will conduct Re-exam of tier 2 @ dubious centers and if mass leakage is their then Tier 2 will be re conducted. Process will be expedite and hearing may occur before 25."We also put provisions of tier 3 as it was in notification but due to legal issues that can't be introduced. He also told there will be a press release for the same very soon.
