Ahmedabad : Panel II :
Time taken was 12-15 mins.
No banking, No Introduction questions asked to him.
Questions were on practical sense purely. He was second in the list to be interviewed
just after Lunch.
Questions :
- What if u are a Manager of BOB what steps will you take to improve banking performance ?
- What will you do if you are Forex manager in RBI to increase Forex reserves in our country?
- What type of pollution is done by Madhur dairy and what will you do to decrease to it?
- Some other questions purely on practical based were asked to him.So Be practical to answer it
if something like this come to you.

Reporting time 1:00 PM. I reached at 12:00 noon. The sitting arrangement was in the parking lot with complementary cold breeze. They called us on the floor around 6 PM. My turn came at 7:00 PM, was third to last. While one person was checking my documents outside the cabin and they were ringing the calling bell for next candidate continuously.
Me: May I come in.
Panel: Yes
Me: Good Evening Sirs.
Three members were there, two were sitting and one was roaming here and there, fourth came after 2 mins of the interview. 1 Sardar ji (S1), One 55+ (S2), Two around 50 (S3 and S4) I was standing beside chair for around 15 seconds. One said to have a sit.
Me: Thank you Sir
S3: What's your qualification?
Me: Sir My highest qualification is MBA into Finance... (Interrupting me)
S3: MBA toh bahut acchi baat hai. Kya kaam aa sakta hai bank ke MBA. Finance me MBA me kiya hai toh bank ke liye 1 crore ka finance kaise laoge? (Found the tone very odd)
Me: Sir, I will look for the more penetration and also go through the prime customers..(interrupted)
S3: Finance ka matlab loan, loan kahan se laoge 1 crore ka
Me: Answered.
S3: If one person come for loan for his new business, what things you look for? Me: Answered. S3: not convinced.
S3: Why were banks nationlised?
Me: Answered. But he was not convinced and was explaining something in tooto footi English. (Sardar ji found my answers appropriate)
S3: Whats your hobbies?
Me: Told.
S3: National game kis country ka hai cricket.. aur football?
Me: Answered
S3: Or kya puche aapse Rajan, kya padh ke aaye ho
Me: Anything you like to ask Sir
S2: Net NPA and Gross NPA me kya difference hai
Me: Answered. but S3 was not convinced, S1 and S2 said correct.
S4: Pali district kitne districts ko touch krta hai?
Me: No Idea Sir, Never been there, I was only born there.
S2: rehte nahi toh kya pta ni hona chaiye
S4: Rajasthan ki biggest crop?
Me: Sorry Sir, I do not know.
S4: Hahah bajra kon khata hai
S2 was sayin in action to ok leave and S3 ok ho gya.
Me: Thank you Sirs.
Left the room with disappointment.
Total time = around 15 mins.

i have mentioned my name as first name middle name surname in ibps form.....but all my certificates it is surname middle name first name.....will this create problem??

Regarding promoter of my company.(answered)
Asked me where u have visited apart from kolkata.When they heard that I have not visited north India they asked what r the states u will cross from Kolkata to amristswar by train???????(Wrongfully didn't mention haryana).
Then what is NI act?(I have mentioned that I have passed bcom in 2003 and can't recollect)they acknowledged the fact.
question regarding nationalisation and basis of nationalisation ?(not reason) Answered but basis of nationalisation I didn't studied.
MD of woman bank....Answered.
They are too helpful and smiled and even laughed and praised which I didn't expected from Interview.
But be careful on documentation,particularly NOC for PSU sector employee.
