So, the answer to the tricky question 1 - Can u let me count your five weaknesses that (you think) can be a hurdle in your career ahead ?? that lead me in was :
'NO'
yeas... 😛 , in feedback they told me that nobody wants a person who has five identified weaknesses in him/herself. Though I told them that I answered a NO because while preparing for interview I took hours to think of one weakness. Let alone five.

Comment with your reaction+response to offer considering yourself in real situation. It will be easier said than done because you know here already that its a tricky question. But still... try to be honest and think within stipulated time .
can any one explain what is second schedule of RBI act ,1934?
puys, ibps will be very strict this time.. so please check whether ur caste certifictes are in the format of ibps and issued after the date given by ibps. name in application form must match with photo identity card, names must be exact, mrng when i made call to ibps, the person said that he cannot be sure about it,and it fully depends upon centre's authority.. and also photo's must match in call letter and application form. there are some candidates who have shorter names in pan cards/licenses but have written full name in application form.. its better if u bring an affidavit..but solely depends on interview centre authority.. hope no one gets eliminated because of this.

Take-out Financing
1. Take-out financing is a method of providing finance for longer duration projects (say of 15 years such as Infrastructure Projects) by banks by sanctioning medium term loans (say 5-7 years). It is understanding that the loan will be taken out of books of the financing bank within pre-fixed period, by another institution thus preventing any possible asset-liability mismatch.
2. Process of Take Out Financing
a. The original lender participates in a long term project (say 15-20 years) by granting a medium term loan (of say 5-7).
b. On completion of the pre-decided period, this loan is taken over by another institution subject to fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in the original arrangement
c. Original lender receives the payment from the 2nd lender who has taken over the loan
3. First major Takeout Finance Agreement: IIFCL, on October 12, 2010 issued the sanction letters for the first takeout finance transaction to UBI involving taking out of over Rs.1500 crore in 7 different projects from power and road sector.

As we all know that Prathama Bank released their cutoff few days back and in upcoming vacancies candidates of all categories scoring about 10 less than the cut off have very less chance of the calls from any banks, because of "NO COMMON INTERVIEW" procedure.So why not write a letter to IBPS Board and ask them for "COMMON INTERVIEW" similarly as going on in the IBPS PO/MT and IBPS CLerk III.I am attaching a PDF Copy (as well as in Word format) of the letter and expecting from all of you to send a letter to the IBPS Board and ask them on the Toll Free No. : 1800222366 to reply back on our mails.
