I cleared my final year BA Programme Exam in december 2012 from Delhi University Correspondence...but they provide degree only after 2 years...i have also not recieved my provisional certificate yet....I filled PO 3 based on clearing my graduation exam...will they consider my case for interview without Degree or provisional certificate???however i have applied for degree and expect to get in 15 days time....Please help...
