Is birth certificate necessary at the time of verification??? i don't have it now.. is there any other option for it..? may i replace any other certificates(like 10th 12th) instead of birth certificate?

Committee 3: ( 4 males and 1 Female) P1, P2, P3, P4, P5(Female)
Me : May I come in Sir? P2 : Please Come in. Me: Good Afternoon Sirs. Good Afternoon Mam. (Took half a minute to decide whether I need to seat or not then told me to have my seat). P3(Most Senior Guy) : Tell us something about yourself. Me: Told everything about myself, my native place, my family members, and their profession, my academic and professional qualification and work exp. P3: Work Exp is secondary, Your education is primary thing. You have done BE in Mechanical right? Me : Yes Sir. P2: Have you heard the name of Induction Motor? Me : Yes Sir. (Told about the machine) P2: Name the important components of Induction Motor. (I could not answer this as it has been more than 8 years since I have read about it. Me: Sorry Sir I do not remember. P1: Aap .. jagah se hain na? Kaya baat ha yaar ki iss jagah ke sare ke sare log hi sarkari naukriyon ke piche pare rehte hain. Peon se leke IAS tak ki naukriyon me yehi log dikhte hain. Ab ye Banking me bhi lagatar aaye ja rahe hain. Sare jagah pe tum hi log pahunch jawoge to baki kahan jayenge. ( I was shocked to hear his view but keep mum and tried not to answer by keeping quiet). P2: Computer me kaya course kiya hai aapne. C concepts and C Programming. Than he asked two terms that I have never ever heard in C . Me : Sir this is the first time I am hearing this term. P2: Aaacha, Querry, Pointer, aur Array me kaya anter hota hai? Me: I told that I do not know ( Bhai engineering ke dino me kisi trah se rata mar ke paper nikala tha. P2: Named two loops name and asked what is the difference among them and how will they be used while writing the Programme. Me: Kept Quite. P2: Kam se kam ye to batawo ki C aur C++ me kaya anter hai? Me Quite as I do not know. ( Seemed as if they are going to put me in their Software Development Center to develop Software for Bank. P2: Yaar ek baat batwo ki Enggineer kaise ban gaye tum, tumko to kuch bhi nahi aata. Me: Kept Quite. P2: Looking at my degree and 12th certificate. Tumne 12th 99 me ki hai aur degree 2006 main . 7 saalon me degree ki hai isliye to tumko kuch bhi nahi aata hai. Me: Sir I took admission in the year 2001 and completed my 8th Sem in July 2005. The final degree was awarded in the month of Feb 2006 as University takes a time of 6 months. P2: Aise thore hi na hota hai. Degree to sath me hi milti hai. Tum kaun se University se ho. Me: Told about University and its full form. P1: Data Structure kaya hota hai? Me : Quite. P3: You have mentioned that your Father works in Bank. And you have told about the load that you had taken and repaid back by earning in a job. Paperto sign kiya hoga aapne loan lete waqt. Maortgage me kaya rekha tha? Me: Sir all the paper work was done by my father and just signed the papers. P3: Matlab apne paper padha hi nahi. Aaap jaise log to bank luta denge papers pe bina padhe sign karke. ( Usko kaun samjhaye ki ye 17 saal ka banda kitni duniya janta hai aur agar uske father paper work kar rahen hain to wo paper padh ke apne father ke crediblity pe question kaise uthaye.). Me: Kept Quite. P3: Apne kaha ki apne loan wapas kiya hai, kitna monthly jama karte the aap. Me: I told that once in a 6 month I used to send DD to my father who used to submit the money in the load account. P4: Aaacha aap Banking me aana chate hain , matlab apka interest hoga, Sahi hai Na? Me: Yes Sir. P4: Koi Aisa topic boliye Banking me jiske bare me aapko knowledge ho. Me: I had no command on any topic so told him that I do not have much command on any topic and I am still in the processes of learning. P4: Koi to topic hoga (Insisted a lot). Me : To be safe told him about Key rate of RBI. P4: Are bahi Repo aur Reverse Repo to raah chata aadmi bhi janta hai aaj kal isme tum kaya nay jante ho. (I kept quite). P4: Agar tum ek branch me ho, koi loan leta hai wapas nahi karta to tumhara course of action kaya hoga. Me: Will hand over the case to Legal Department. P4: Legal hai nahi tuhare pas, ab kaya karoge. Me: Will inform the headquarter and seek their advice. P4: Tumhara kaam Legal karega ya Hadquarter to tum kaya free me paise le jawoge. Me Quite P4: Mujhe batwo ki kaun sa section use hoga is case me Law ke hisab se. P4: Madam aap kuch puchna chahti hai ya ab bhejen inko aur chalein lunch pe. P5: RBI ka naam suna hai tumne? Me: Yes Mam, and tiold full form and that it the central bank of India. P5: Chalo kuch to pata hai tumko. RBI kaya kaam karta hai. Me: Told that it looks after the monetry policy of India. P5: Matlab ? Me: Told her about money supply and liquidity control. P5: Agar money serelated sare kaam RBI karta hai to Finance Minister ki kaya jaroorat hai. Me: Told her about the Fisacal Policy, Budget, Income Tax Department, Revenue Department. P5: Yaar tum logon ko kuch pata nahi hota hai , pata nahi kaise chale aate ho. Sir mera to ho gaya. P3: Ok its over from our end. Me: Thank you so much for your time. It was nice talking to all of you. Have a great day ahead. Bye.I left for my room they left for Lunch.Today was not my day.

As the Reserve Bank of India is planning to open up the banking sector with new players set to be given licences, a lot of jobs will be created over the next few years. Keeping this in mind, NIIT IFBI is offering diploma programmes for students to get them ready for the times ahead.
Setting up new banks
Bimal Jain, president, NIIT IFBI, says, “With India close to fulfilling its long-awaited commitment of opening up more banks in order to achieve financial inclusion, job opportunities in the banking sector are set to rise. There are an estimated 85,000 vacancies in various PSU banks across the country for the year 2013-14 and the government is keen on filling these in the current fiscal year.” He adds, “As per other industry reports, 3,00,000 people will be hired by PSU banks alone in the next three years. Analysts are of the view that with the opening of new banks, at least 10,000 more jobs will get created.”
Speaking on programmes offered by NIIT IFBI, Jain says, “We have a range of programmes for various categories of BFSI aspirants and professionals. Our offerings are designed in the context of modern-day banking, insurance and financial services by developing competencies on four dimensions — domain, technology, application and customer-service.”
Elaborating further on the career prospects, Jain says, “A fresh graduate with an attitude to learn and a financial acumen is being sought after by all banks, both PSU and others. These are entry level jobs which can pay from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh per annum.”
