weightage for final selection 80:20 (written:interview)
for general candidates:
final score of 43-43.5 wud comfortably place u in any one of the bank.
Required score in interview for final selection for different marks range:
for 61 interview score of 95
for 65 " " " 85
for 70 " " " 75
for 75 " " " 65
for 80 " " " 55
for 85 " " " 45
for 90 n above u all just need to pass the interview.
for example: a candidate scores 70 in written gets converted to 28 out of 80. n in interview 75/100 gets converted to 15 points. so in total(28+15)=43.
This is analysis is influenced from previous ibps po 2.
Last year the candidate who scored 135 (cutoff marks in written) converted to 43.2 out of 80. and he/she required 19 points in interview for final selection i.e 95 marks out of 100 in interview.
so that his/her grand score arrives as (43.2+19)=62.2 for final selection( that is in the 1st list).
ALthough this time the total marks in written is 200 but the weightage remains the same(i.e 80:20)
P.S This is just an analysis. Hope u all doesn't take in other way
how different is PO and IT officer jobs under IBPS banks in terms of salary/promotion/relocation policy? I heard from friends and read in PG that PO is a demanding job with great salary, and if i am not wrong, they gets relocated every 3 years. So is it sam for IT officer also? DO IT officers get mandatory RURAL posting?

I secured 86 marks in po written exam (gen category, Btech)....What are my chances of getting selected and how do you rate this score is it good or bad .........also one more thing what kind of qusetions can i except in interview??

after a long time came here. good to see many people have passed PO, congrtz to them 👏👏 meri toh pungi baja di IBPS ne, OA 76, but failed in maths by 2 marks. jis baat ka dar tha wohi hua this was the exam i was so passionate about. i sooo wanted to pass PO but kismat hi kharab hai :/ last 1 year se laga hu har exam mai bus kuch margin se fail ho jta hu.. 😠
but hopeful about future. mera bhi din aaega. aj nai toh kal mai bhi PO banunga..😃

As far as i remember i have filled about my experience(Not sure,I might have missed it) while filling application but in my downloaded application form there is no mention regarding experience.So,does that mean that i missed to fill about work-ex? And if yes,can i change during interview or can i say interviewers that i have experience? plzz help!
