Just an observation guys.
let us consider a student with written score of 70 has got 70/200*80 = 28 and someone with 90 has got 90/200*80 = 36 so difference is just 8.now its not that everyone scoring 90 in written will score same in interview there will be someone who just pass interview so 40/100*20 = 8 and someone performing little bit above average can get 75/100*20 = 15.so in end there final score will have just 1 marks difference.
So in my views guys no one can sit on chair and relax if you are not exceptionally above 100.so guys stop wasting your time buckle up for Interview everyone has equal chance this time just you need to use the opportunity to its best.
