My friend was in tension when he saw the result as he got only 83 marks. Then I checked in PG to know the scenario. One thing occurred to me as most of people got marks in the range of 70-90. Generally when score is given eighty percent weightage interview play a very minor role. But in this case it is very different as most of the scores are in short range. Dividing the score by 2.5 (as 200 will be modified to 80) the person got 60 will have 24 in final and the person got 100 will have 40 marks. So in this tight condition interview will play a major role. And the good thing is that there is no advantage to marks in school, college and work-ex. So whoever got marks in the range of 60-90, don't loose hope as you guys stand a good chance of conversion if you do well in interview. What's been done is done but you still have one platform which will change your life. So, gear up for the interview and learn everything a PO needs to know. All the best 😃

Really got to say ..ibps does not have any transparency at all.,we dont know how many candidates qualified(provisionally selected for interview)..not even a rough idea some say 50k some 60k n even some says 1lakh..so the idea is the more the candidates r in
The less is the chance for the ones who scored low..and i wonder how many r there who have scored 100+ ..its all speculation till final scores come up after interview ..n even then may b we end up asking.. got this much which bank will be there for us..till we get email from respective banks...however ..all this aside the job environment and support that senior bank official n collegues extend to us is not hidden from anyone...so the troubles r never ending here..b it after joining or as an aspirant75 gen....
