My 2 cents on Interview process and its importance and what we are supposed 2 study.....
everything written here is from past experiences (had many Bank Interviews 😃 )
1.)no Matter how less or how much you score Interboo is very important Last year just due to interview guys who have scored 160 marks were behind the person who scored 150 😃
so that clearly underlines the importance of Interboo
2.)now comes the important question of what to read
for engineers the Make or break question is
"why banking after Engineering"
if you gave answer of this question perfectly and justified this with proper explanation you are in 😃
because the guys sitting in the panel won't b knowing much about our subjects(no prize for guessing my bachelor's degree 😁😁😁😁) for them all depends on this question and other questions related to economy like something which has come into newspaper recently something related to SEBI/RBI/etc like that will utmost important so have sharp look on that in the coming days 😃
if you are from commerce
Than buddy you are gonna have roller coster ride because most of the guys will be having degree/knowledge of that so make sure you read the important subject or topics before entering into the interboo room
for any other student
they might ask about importance of the degree in banking or why you choose that particular course etc kind of stuff so keep these answers ready 😃
Another thing which i would like to add
Banks are not looking for the persons who are super duper intelligent because than they will do frauds
so kindly keep your intelligent wings down let things go calmly

frndz I have wrongly entered my date of birth as 05-04-1989 but actual date of birth is 05-05-1989 I tot I have entered it correctly but wen I was goin through my application I was disappointed seeing I have wrongly entered . wil it create any problem during verification ?

Time-Pass : IBPS PO - 2012 Merit List (Accidentally Uploaded, last year)
I belong to the OBC Category but I dont fall under the Creamy Layer Category, but I opted for OBC category in the application. What should I submit during the interview I am puzzled.
Time-Pass : BOB-Selected Candidates and Final scores with Category (IBPS PO CWE II)
ok done with the exam on AIDS day evening shift. suffering from brain malaria and typhoid so mom came along with me. i dont know wthether paper was easy/moderate but due to illness my speed was lost... forgot multiplications some times.. basic grammar seemed like an gmat/cat question. some how i managed to pass the time. total attempts 180/200
Reasoning-31(100% accuracy..no tukkas) left two seating arrangement problems (5 and 4 each). for the first time in my life i have seen people sitting outside and some inside question in clerks.. took 45mins
English-40 my f avourite everytime so was today , took just 20mins
Numerical ability-34(32 correct, 2 tukkas) thank god they gave simplifications and DI .. i even took a lot of time to rememebr simple interest formula , left 6 questions based on series,time and work,train problem and mensuration took 30mins
Computer awareness- 39 completed in 10mins no tension.. will clear cutoff
gk-36( already 5 wrong thanks to @sbaaz @niks.04 ) hope the remaining 31 are correct... praying to myself to clear sectionals in gk took 15mins..
overall if i could clear gk i think would be in the qualified list..

Dont you think IBPS 's decision to make online payment mandatory and doing away with old fashioned offline Challan payment very inappropriate considering a vast majority of aspirants from rural areas applying without internet privileges.New technology is always good but why make it the only means of payment.
In West Bengal we had been given exam centres which lack basic computer infrastructure and many of my friends' exam did nt go too well due to regular interruptions and hardware failure.In my RRB exam,my computer had automatic updates enabled and every 15 minutes a notification came that computer is going to retsart.Today also I faced a lot of problems applying for CWE SO coz they were not accepting UBI debit cards.
Why should we enforce Computerization when we dont have the basic infrastructure to back it.
while filling the section: total experience in months, if mistakenly filled wrong number of months(less than the original)....
Will that create an issue?? ..please give ur view.
puys what is approx. no. of candidates selected in IBPS PO 3 .....I saw its 40 k in HT of Patna edition....some other person says its 1 lac....anyone here having genuine knowledge of no. of passed candidates in IBPS PO 3 ....!!!!👼

Interview to be of 100 marks. (min 40 % required for qualification) -35% marks for Reserved category candidates.
The weightage ratio of IBPS PO exam to interview is 80:20...
NOTE : This info is based on previous year exams and subsequent interviews.

is it true tht we will be getting a interview proforma form during doc verification and only the things that we write on tht form will be final for scrutiny ? (even if there is mismatch b/w application form and the interview proforma form, along with all supporting docs stating proof for the proforma details)
