The job will be confirmed on the basis of combined final score i.e. Exam Scores+Interview Scores plus statewise vacancies and the maximum score of that particular state.
In this, scores of written exam of IBPS PO III will definitely contribute the major part on final score apart from what we score in interviews.
Remember the weightage ratio of written exam score to interview score is 80:20.
But also consider that the minimum qualifying marks in interview is more than 40% for General Candidates & more than 35% for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

I cleared the exam with only 100 attempts, so, happy and very anxious at the same time.I am an engineer and currently working in private sector with a salary higher than that of a PO.Will these points adversely affect my interview score,first being an engineer and second already having a job.How to tackle the questions with regards to my background and how to convince them that I passionately want this job.Thanks for your replies.😃

I am in 11th batch of Baroda Manipal School Of Banking and I got a call from RBI yesterday evening to join in few days and they will be sending offer letter 2mrw or day after 2mrw..
I have cleared RRB PO and IBPS PO3.
So wich one would be better either RBI ASSISTANT OR (ANY BANKS) PO...
Pls help me out regarding this.

hi friends i have a query regarding allotment , suppose if your are selected as per your preference in canara bank (suppose preference no .2 ) and if you don't wish to join it because of say high bond money and say uco bank isn't taking any bond and that is your preference number 4 , so if one doesn't wish to join (CANARA) in this case , will one be alloted other bank (say UCO ) ?

in IBPS-RRB i attempted 191 questions and thought atleast 175 are correct and i may get 160+.. but ended up with 130. now in ibps-po attempted just 136 so what score i may end with?? i think cutoff is 70-80,, 12 sectional

can someone shed light (in simple terms) on the concept of Special Crossing of cheques..in special crossing a bank's name is mentioned between the two parallel lines..what is the significance? which bank ultimately encashes it? 😐
