can any experienced guy throw some light on how things unfolded in 2014 or 2015 and can analyse cut off on that basic...2016 is the only source of reference for me.
My analysis for gen... 1) Ibps po 2015-- a candidate having +20 i.e 96 (38.4) marks in written needs 10.5 ( 52.5) in interview to get selected. 2) ibps po 2016-- a candidate having +20 i.e 72.50 ( 29) marks in written needs 10.9 (54.5) marks in interview to get selected. 3) ibps po 2017-- a candidate having +20 i.e 102 (36.26) marks in written needs 11 ( 55) marks in interview to get selected. So according to my analysis cut off will be 47.26 to 48.

Those who secured 82-95 is predicting the cutoff to be around 45 & the candidates who had secured 100+ marks is predicting the cut off to around 48-50. But the case is that those who had 100+ is really wishing the cutoff to be around 45-46 becoz we never know how the interview gonna play for all of us....
So for candidates who have 82-95 marks including me all we have is HOPE+LUCK !! & don't embrass urself by asking ur chances to those who had scored high marks becoz they only say the cutoff in high ranges ...HOPE FOR THE BEST !! Heyy Top Scorers ...Congragulations to you all !! Please don't demotivate us...Least thing u can do for us is Pray for us!!...We will also Pray for you all !!

Last year, I got 15.5 marks over mains cutoff and 60 in interview but Missed marginally... and a guy who got over 10 marks with around 75 in interview made reserve list..
This time people who are getting near 90 also have chance to make it to final list

Bhai log. Marks ke din se hi cut off ka khel dekh raha hoon to mai bhi socha ki thoda sa khel lu... Mere according cut off 1 April se pahle pata nahi chalega...😂😂😂😂😂😂..
