i attempted reasoning plus maths of 86 and was expecting around 78 , but got only 59 ...kisi aur ke saath hua aisa dhoka...koi aur aisa dukhiyara...koi gunjaish ibps mai apni response sheet dekhnay ki....as in ssc

I can not understand one thing, why people who are ready to do everything under sun to get a job in bank starts criticising it so badly and spread bad reviews but there are very few who leave it. My friends are recommending me to stop thinking even for bank exams and clear cgl. These friends in banks - I see them crying over this work load every time. I work in fmcg sector currently and our factories are spread on several thousand metre square area and being in production or in quality dept you have to remain on toes everytime along with meeting of strict goals and stds. Technical jobs growth and remuneration too is so low. In my previous stint in one mnc I remember reaching factory gate at 8 am and leaving at 9 pm, if i get late by half an hour we lost half of our pay, in between only time I sat on chair was during 30 mins lunch hours. Factory was 750 m long , 400 m wide and buildings had several level upto 6 where elevators weren’t allowed due to production technicalities. You had to make several rounds from engg dept to production to supply chain to quality to hr to finance to safety etc. Above that you hardly get respect. i am sure how much tough bank job is, it can not match physical exertion of this level. A slight miss in target ruins your review and promotion. These friends say they feel exhausted because they have to walk around branch, do data filing , sit and report, clear loan applications. They complain and at the same time refuse to leave. I see most of these people who criticise have no previous work ex in manufacturing sector or are in IT where life is cheesy.
Is there any weightage for work experience in interview ???

don't worry guys anybody who is score 86 and above still had a chance.
86*80/225=30.57 and if you get 100 in interview than 20 so add 20 that is 30.57+20=50.57. i have make prediction of 50.5 for general based on my analysis.
now mark it cutoff wud be 45-46.5...it can decrese even subject to increase in t vacancy of nr of psb..like obc added 1300..2-3 psb r likely to add..cut off ll go lesser dan 46.5. for sure. Final cut off wud not go t way it was going previous years wen we add 19 to determine final cutoff...
In last ibps po, was it possible for the student who just got cut off (CO) marks in mains to qualify in final list by scoring 20 or less. Specifically for general category
