you are in which bank?? cz, POs can take 4 leaves at a time on pro-rata basis during their probation .. So, if its your first month then, u can still take 4 casual leaves at time out of 12 for an year .. And, if you are gone for more than 4 days then ur casual leaves wil be considered as loss of pay and so called red mark .. but, that won't affect u at all .. I guess ..

I was in Allahabad and it has a single leave per month policy. We used to beg the manager for that single day.
I wish all the puys land in banks which have the leave policy you quoted

Even in last year's notification, there was mention about paying 3 months gross salary in case we resign

I got this information from my friend who is working with IDBI...according to him there is no service bond at present.

25k in account + 1k cash in hand as cafeteria, newspaper expenses + 5k per annum medical benefits + 22k per annum festival advance.
In case you are sent to other branches for some work, you will get TA. In case of outstation visit on official purpose, you get halting expenses(food & hotel)
after probation: furniture allowance, paid holiday (ltc), briefcase allowance, transfer allowance (lorry bill etc)
OD account of 4 lakhs and loan account of 25 lakhs.
No other perks during first 11 months

Done that too. Apparently I had a spinal cord slip disc during my civils mains and doctor advised me to take 20 days off (ha ha).
I wasn't willing to loose my credibility for SSC interview as I had a bigger tender in mind.
