When there is one person, we do ban the person for a week or a month. And then there are times when the heat of the action gets to everyone on a specific thread. At that time, it makes sense to close the thread for it to cool down and everyone to take a breather. Both steps were taken for this thread.

After declaring Common Interview Result ,is there any Graduation Percentage Criteria to fill preference for all 21 institutions? As we all candidates, are confused about further selection process and criteria.

@ajay22ba each bank has a different schedule for training. There will be staff training colleges at head quarters or zonal head quarters and you will have to stay at that place (training college) for a month or two depending on the bank. In Allahabad bank, we were sent to branch directly and were sent to staff training college after three months.
In general Bank manager in rural areas is scale 2. In towns BM is scale 3 while in metros he/she should be scale-4 but due to non availability of scale-4 officers, some times scale 3 may be posted.
