ye unke liye hai jo ki apna experience show kiye hai..in higher scale not for you...
also for scale 1 officer government employee ki relieving certificate dena hota hai private walo ko nahi ....
yaha to join kar liye sab kuch ho gya...resign tak nahi diye the ....joi karne ke baad ghar se mail send kar diye....
i m relieving now jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo.......

Dude but how will they come to know whether we are employed or not. In application form there was nothing related to work experience.
@raghu00 I don't remember the application form. But in interview, have you told them about your current job? If yes, they must have noted it.

yes , I told them about it, but that is not a proof of my employment. Since it is not written by me. Verbal things have no value in workplace.
