CANT be sure o it but thats what my friend told be it depends more on the branch than on bank ,but yes if its a big bank chances are they may have more work load ,few of my friends are working in banks in commercial district of Mumbai so they have a workload but its a relative term i mean all my friends are freshers there first job unko toh work load lagta hai but for some one already working in private sector its like a cake walk or may be the grass is greener on other side :)

have they mentioned that it is required for pvt company employees also? because in our interview call letter also NOC was mentioned ,but it was not needed for Pvt sector employees.
