@Dinselva I agree!!I have no probs with any language but in the interest of the forum members it was believed we should use english and hindi..
It wasnt my decision earlier and neither mine now...Trust me..you wouldnt like me chatting away in my regional language...

I am still waiting the information from my friend who is working with IDBI....2 things is sure regarding IDBI, inhand salary is better than all other PSB & there is workload pressure (still lower than pvt. sector). My friend normal working hours is around 10 hours.

yes quite manageable....also IDBI culture is like corporates :)

Ironically, it would actuly be tough for me, i have not been into any of the strenous projects during my stint in IT
