@ab2 thats true. but its a risky step. the employer has money and resourses and manpower to spend time. we have none. if any legal action is taken then it will be like a harrasment in itself. thats why i will not leave my current job till last moment

i was the one who stated that CANARA and UNION BANK has been rated very high by the BM of ALLAHABAD (whom i met)..........by reputation,i guess CANARA wud be a notch higher than UNION...but,UNION banks promotion policy is superb....both are equally good..
