I am THANKING GOD for making my Parent PROUD of ME.. (as according them their daughter inspite of being just an average student managed to clear written without any coaching.. It Means a Lot to Them) & letting me taste the HAPPINESS of clearing IBPS Written for the 1st time and MOTIVATING me to stick to my GOALS & Keep on WORKING HARD .. 😃

I know that to be a part IBPS Merit List with an IBPS Score close to the Cut off that too is General Category with an Average Interview ... is a bit Difficult !! After preparing continously for the past 2 yrs... this was the 1st exam I cleared.. There must be many candidates here who might feel low if in case they dont get a seat ..

Still I will say just 1 thing... Never Ever Loose Hope...!!

If you all managed to clear the written at All India Level with a High competition with lakhs of candidates... that means... U all are SERIOUS, WORKING really HARD & Have the CALIBER to achieve your GOALS..

Be Possitive !! Be Motivated !! Trust God !! Keep Patience !!

Since all Cutoff predictions have faded and nobody is in the mood to do Shero-shayari , let us discuss on what IN HAND SALARY the PO will get .

PS: The whole 15% is not increased on the total in hand salary as some guys are thinking/suggesting. Speculations between IBA and Unions are going on to create a new 'grade pay' system which may effectively reduce the salary hike percentage.

New Pay Scale : In Hand (Approx) - 31-33 K ( which you will get after the new wage system is put into place after a few months, but you will get arrears for all the months served , so effectively you will get the same, albeit a few months late. )

Plus you will get paid for Leased Accommodation ( if you choose not to take HRA ) but it will directly be credited to your Landlord's name in the form of cheque ...

Its median value is Rs 8500 ( for Metros, you will be paid much more and for villages/tiny towns much less )

PS: Suppose you get a flat/place to stay for an amount much less than what the bank will pay you for that particular city, you can have an 'off the books' agreement with your landlord to give you the extra money he gets credited in his account.

A PO lives in my friend's house in Muzaffarpur and he pays Rs 8500 through the bank cheque to my friend's father. Since he had explained this scenario to them prior to taking the rented space, he gets Rs 2000 back from the Landlord each month . It is so because my friend's father had fixed the rent on Rs 6000.

So , he( my friend's father) is getting Rs 6500 ( a profit of Rs 500/month over asked rent) and the PO is getting Rs2000 back resulting in a win-win situation for both.

Although, this process is illegal , nobody can catch you as the amount mentioned on the lease is Rs 8500.

Hence, The salary will come anywhere between 33-35 K and you will not have to pay for Rent.

If you avail home + car loans , you will be in MUCH profit than any other PSU / Private Employee as you would save anywhere between 7000-20000 per month on interest, depending on you loan amount.

Hii aspirants I heard from one of my friend who is also preparing for bank xams that one who got selected through ibps clerk/po has to deposit 2 lakhs with the joining bank as a security deposit.Is that true anyone if they have clear idea plz respond frnds....
