SBI PO & SBI clerk ka interview analysis.. jo log select & not select hue unka experience share-
Interview me saare jawaab dena hai sabkuch nahi hota..
I mean aisa nahi hai ke apne interviewer ke saare jawab de die to apko above 80 ya 90 mil jaenge
other factors like education degree... passout year...field..experience kaafi mattter krta hai
like aajkal engineers kaafi a rhe hai banks me.. to aise log jo 2-3-4 saal pehle degreee complete krke bethe hai specially engenring.. wo logo ne bhale hi kitne b jawab die ho interiview me... but isse negative impact padta hai interviewr k mind me....
same thing happened with many candidtes in SBI PO & clerk..
jo current year passout hai mba hai ..un logo ka interview ok-ok gaya fir bhi unko 35 me se 33..32 marks mile
jo enginrs MCA 2-3 saal pehle degree le chuke hai.. aur interview awesome gaya unka.. but unko only 20-22 marks mile..
abhi tak PO 2 & PO3 me jo hua wo hua... but iss bar interview me IBPS wale b.com, m.com MBA walo ko jyada preference de rhe hai
because when I went to my interview centre... tab waha document verification k time pe interview panel wale sir aaye the aise hi dekhne.. tab unhone ek candidate ko bola k yaar tum engineers coching wagairh lagwa je written to clear kar lete ho.. but jab bank join karte ho to hum logo ko training dene me bahut problem ja rahi hai...because tumko computer chalaana to ata hai lekin computer ke andar karna kya hai wo nai aa pata.. like debit credit..

Please don't believe in these rumours, for your own sake. This is a piece of free advice. I am a living proof that being unemployed for 3 years after B.Tech is NOT a criteria for rejection in any organization. I cracked UIICL and NIACL AO. 2012 ECE with zero work experience (no fake NGO work experience certificate either). Bank exams and interviews are similar to insurance ones and no interviewer will ever take his negatively. Trust me.
Can we apply for extension when we get job thru ibps po4...
if yes , then max kitne time tk ki feasible hogi...??
also, what are the pros/cons of taking extension...

2 days to go for the much awaited 1st April......sayad result a jaye usdin 😃 Waise aaj to final hai to ye din nikal jayega.....31st to jhat se beet jayega.....bas ye 30th nikal jaye...... mere lie to 1 hi din baki hai dosto 😃
this is very confusing, some people r counting hours for april 1 &&& some people r saying that results will b delayed by a month ( citing court's verdict on reserve list date extension and jatt issue)
If result will not come on 1st April ???
