Let us assume there are 22000 seats and approx 42000 people attended the interview.Everyone is saying there interview was average that means between 10-12 marks but still IBPS has reject 20000 people.How will it be done ?

I'm Mallikarjun from Andhra Pradesh. Many of our friends giving baseless predictions about PO-4 and keep on asking chances. So I will try to give clarity....... and I want to tell u something about me.My preparation started with Sbi-po-2013.And I gave.....
1.Sbi po-2013 ------->not qualified in written.Cutoff(written without descriptive)-108, and I got 98.
2.kvb po-2013---->got selected but didnt join.
3.Ibps po-3-------->cutoff mymarks interview final cut. mine 61 81 45(100) 42.2 41.4
didnt get the job. and again wrote sbi po-2014, Qualified in written but couldnt make it into final list.,,, finally selected in sbi-clerk(AP), got 108(cutoff-82) in Ibps po-4...waitng for the result.......
Regarding cutoff of Ibps po-4 ..........
32.8(80) +18(90)=50.8 for general, this is in worst case.but dis time morethan 75%people are secured 95.... better for people who score around >90..... chances will be their but less for who scored

IBPS PO 4 Final Expected Cut Off ( General ) by
keeping all data in view....approx 5000 will cross
50 and 1800 candidates for each 1 mark down in
cut off....so 5000 candidates > 50 ; 6800 > 49 ;
8600 > 48 ; 9500 > 47.6 and if the general seatsare more than 9500 then it will again come down upto 47...... cheers!! :)
Syndicate Bank to hire 5000 ppl this year,it includes both clerk and PO.Last year too they went for 5000 but only 4000 joined,so 1000 vacant seats,this is what it's executive Director said.
