Last year many people who got 80 in written got failed to make it to final list.. Why so? And they say some had above average interview and some were had only interview for few minutes?? Why so? Any answers? Can the last year people throw some light here?

एक बार की बात है कि एक बाज का अंडा मुर्गी के अण्डों के बीच आ गया. कुछ दिनों  बाद उन अण्डों में से चूजे निकले, बाज का बच्चा भी उनमे से एक था.वो उन्ही के बीच बड़ा होने लगा. वो वही करता जो बाकी चूजे करते, मिटटी में इधर-उधर खेलता, दाना चुगता और दिन भर उन्हीकी तरह चूँ-चूँ करता. बाकी चूजों की तरह वो भी बस थोडा सा ही ऊपर उड़ पाता , और पंख फड़-फडाते हुए नीचे आ जाता . फिर एक दिन उसने एक बाज को खुले आकाश में उड़ते हुए देखा, बाज बड़े शान से बेधड़क उड़ रहा था. तब उसने बाकी चूजों से पूछा, कि-

" इतनी उचाई पर उड़ने वाला वो शानदार पक्षी कौन है?"

तब चूजों ने कहा-" अरे वो बाज है, पक्षियों का राजा, वो बहुत ही ताकतवर और विशाल है , लेकिन तुम उसकी तरह नहीं उड़ सकते क्योंकि तुम तो एक चूजे हो!"

बाज के बच्चे ने इसे सच मान लिया और कभी वैसा बनने की कोशिश नहीं की. वो ज़िन्दगी भर चूजों की तरह रहा, और एक दिन बिना अपनी असली ताकत पहचाने ही मर गया.

 दोस्तों , हममें से बहुत से लोग  उस बाज की तरह ही अपना असली potential जाने बिना एक second-class ज़िन्दगी जीते रहते हैं, हमारे आस-पास की mediocrity हमें भी mediocre बना देती है.हम में ये भूल जाते हैं कि हम आपार संभावनाओं से पूर्ण एक प्राणी हैं. हमारे लिए इस जग में कुछ भी असंभव नहीं है,पर फिर भी बस एक औसत जीवन जी के हम इतने बड़े मौके को गँवा देते हैं.

आप चूजों  की तरह मत बनिए , अपने आप पर ,अपनी काबिलियत पर भरोसा कीजिए. आप चाहे जहाँ हों, जिस परिवेश में हों, अपनी क्षमताओं को पहचानिए और आकाश की ऊँचाइयों पर उड़ कर  दिखाइए  क्योंकि यही आपकी वास्तविकता है.
