hi puys , I appeared like 30 odd exams in last 7-8 months
cleared only syndicate PGDBF of as of now, joining it on 30 march @ noida
thought will clear UIICL AO but could not, I think will clear IBPS clk (but wont join)
Now I dont plan to appear in any bank or insurance exams anymore
I could have cleared more exams I have probs with QA dont like to solve it , even in exam (in clk did 12 got 13 and sectional was 13 😃 )
I think this PGDBF program will help me in creating a schedule which I lack (didnt study at all, just like in college a night before exam etc which is bad)
I am looking forward to RBI grade B , Nabard grade B, UPSC , PCS n SSC ( will compete for top notch jobs, MEA is dream job)
will plan n prepare, work over my weaknesses and succeed

GEN-hrdwork+tension+depression+worry+sooo many=No job
OBC-hardwork+tension=job
SC-prepare n sit in exam=jobs
ST-jst sit in exam=plenty of jobs
Rather than CORRUPTION FREE INDIA.................RESERVATION FREE INDIA is important
Reservation=10 times Corruption
some people are against reservation. I'm a reserved candidate(sc). But still, I'll respect everyone's thoughts who r against reservation.

Heard a lot about this reservations(mostly against it).....but do you know why there were reservations at the first place??? No its not because upper caste people did not treat the backward caste properly for ages and hence reservation was there for backward caste people.............
Reservation is basically representation.......Representation such that all communities are represented in all government departments. There may be an economically stable SC/ST/OBC but reservation is needed so that the government departments are not controlled by only one community or one region or one religion. India is a diverse and hence representation of all communites in proper proportion is needed in such a diverse and vibrant country. For example, if you see the Indian flim industry(bollywood) it is filled with punjabis and controlled by the punjabis. One particular community has complete control over the flim industry.
Like in a foreign country how happy we become when we see an Indian. Or in British parliament there are couple of MPs of Indian origin in the house of lords. These Indian MPs are there so that issues/problems relating to Indian communities are looked upon by these MPs. These MPs represent the Indian communities.
Caste system is a harsh truth of India and we cannot change that. Maybe that is written in our destiny. We all have to come together and work and live together.

Good morning puys.. is there any chance for me in ibps po with 90 marks and average interview(expecting around 60 marks). Gen category?
yesterday attended the demo class for bank po of some reputed institute..there they said last year and this year recruitment style is different...last year they shortlisted more for interview...which resulted in high rejection ratio..more than 60 % selected didnt got job...this year final cutoff wont be that higher due to already high written cutoff + less shortlisted....
