While filling preference search for branches of your nearby city in respective branch website at branch search columns if no of branches is high in your city then chances of home posting is high For example in Jharkhand bank of India is lead bank and in dhanbad it has over 70+ branches so chances of home posting is high and in somewhere in Punjab bank of India penetrations is low so one in Punjab should select pnb or psb to get home state posting This is not accurate prediction but chance are high
