To all the future aspirants who might be reading my post next year while waiting for final result or before interview......I want to tell you all that there are lot of misconception regarding Interview center BOI NOida panel dont fall in that trap...If your interview will go well they will evaluate you accordingly.. there is no such things like north panel or south panel ,ur interview defines your marks.. not the location of interview.. I too got very threatened after hearing so much hue and cry regarding BOI Noida panel... My interview was not that great either But My attitude in interview was very good and I handled the pressure very well maintained my confidence level and pitch of sound very cordial as well as clear.. I was expecting around 55+- got 64 marks and finally got into BOM after scoring 14.5 marks above cut off. Thanks friends

I sometimes feel that IBPS PO mains paper is more tough than SBI PO. however, in SBI PO due to less seats...competition becomes very high...so selection becomes difficult.

Hey!
I am seeing that many of you are really confused with taking SBI PO exam (those who have cleared IBPS PO this time).
So those who've decided yet, well and good. They can skip this post. But those who are still in a dilemma, let me try to assist you.
Firstly, ask yourself what do you want to do in life. There is nothing like you should or should not take SBI po, you yourself have to set your priorities in life.
You want to remain in the banking sector throughout your life and want more money and also a better brand name? Go for SBI.
You want to aim for something bigger in life like RBI? Don't go for SBI. Why to waste your time (and age) on preparing for parallel exams when you can focus all your energy straightaway on other higher level exams.
You want a little less hectic life, then don't go for SBI (as I have heard it's the most hectic of all banks).
Just know what you want and make a decision.
I personally won't be going for SBI PO as I don't find any point in taking parallel exams. Like I have seen people going for SBI PO from IBPS PO, then from SBI PO to insurance sector or SSC, then from insurance to RBI/SEBI/UPSC. Why not straightaway you start preparing for regulators?
Rest, it varies from person to person.

I am working in a bank as clerk rightnow, i recenly cleared Ibps po. But i am yet to resign my job i have Niacl Legal interview on 17th april. But my bank is not willing to give me NOC, according to them i didn't inform them personally, though i gave my application form and application asking for persmission to the branch manager, he never forwarded it to regional office. I don't know what to do rightnow ? Regional office is saying NO again and again and my manager is not taking reponsibilty at all inface he is blaming me. I have only one option rightnow..it is to resign from this job ..i joined late in october so i am still in probation , i feel like won't be getting the releiving letter by 17th april and i don't know even if i get it will they still ask for NOC or not...guys please help me.
