I am Hearing impaired candidate with 43 % disability certificate. (Maharashtra) Am I eligible for SBI PO through PWD quota? What is that condition of 60db hearing loss? Then what about my eligibility? Please Help

How many of you think, the interview was unjust for the northern states? I got 40 and i had a decent interview, i mean how bad could my interview have been compared to someone who got 95+ in southern region? P.S i Scored 97.25 in Mains.
