Hello guys..I just cleared niacl ao mains.plz give the advice how to tackle the questions like bank/insurance after engineering and also the gap after engineering in which I was preparing for gate but if I told them they would feel that I am not interested in the job.. please give ur valuable time and best of luck for ur PO result also.

For future POs So those who will be selected ...please look into these matters and think of it.. 1. Posting - Po can be posted all over India without any preference being asked but later on in dere careers once or twice they can get posting According to there preferences. 2. Promotion - Almost in all PSBs u can get Ur promotions in every 3 to 4 yrs in merit channel i.e. on written exam and interview basis with transfer to another regional office or zonal office. Otherwise u can get transfer on seniority basis also which takes time. 3. Leaves - around 55 in a year plus some extra on exceptional grounds. But as u will be officer leave may not get sanctioned depending upon circumstances. 4. Nature of work - as customer dealing is the main Work so you have to be completely aware about every product and service that Ur bank provides. During public hours u have to be continuously interactive. It's gonna be more of mental work. Crux- you Shud b readyTo live away from home. You can reach top if u r continuously upgrading Ur knowledge. U will be marketing officer here being shy will not work here.
