Uncle) who is in pnb said that "the day this quarter performance of PNB came and it was observed that it has got back in gaining trajectory... The bank hr department proposed 2000+ vaccancies to be filled via current going recruitment process as PNB is going through extreme officer crisis.... But as mains result were already declared by then... So IBPS declined this much recruitment through current going process and accepted to add only 996 but from PNB side negotiations are still on to add as many seats as possible.. PNB because of the lack of officers also released mass level vacancy to be filled via promotion of clerk for which Process HAS already been initiated..... I am adding those pics released by hr department of pnb.

Those RTIs which had authentic seals and registration numbers(pnb,bom,obc) for anyone to check is fake for chalbey but the one rti whose authenticity is not proven(canara vacancy decrease) is real for him. The guys a joke

Dear PGians, It is noted that the group has become a mess with useless and demotivating stuff. Many PGians here are in a hope to crack and wishing for good news on 1st April. Posting demotivating or fake RTI's can cause emotional distress. Time to change the environment of this group. The group should be helping one another and provide good moral and confidence among aspirants. Streets will be clean if stop throwing dirt on streets similarly our group will be clean if we stop posting useless/demotivating stuff.
Vacancies itna badhwa do bhai ki ek mere liye bhi bn jaye..ab iss haare ka sahara tumhari RTIs hi hai..bring down the ratio as much as possible..whatever would be the final vacancies or my selection but really salutes your efforts for RTIs, analysis, predictions..Everytime i come on this thread i start imagining myself working in a bank.. hahah..

Final vacancies as of now stand at something around (4252 - 400 = 3852).. bifurcating them into UR and Reserved, we'll be left with 1926 (~2000) vacancies for UR 😒😒.
now, as per mains scores, 12000 People can be devided into 4 major groups,
G-1. People above 100 marks (around 1000)
G-2. People between 95 - 100 marks (around 2000)
G-3. People between 90 - 95 marks (around 2000)
G-4. People below 90 marks.
For the sake of desperately craved Positivity in this group and eradicating any error that might crept into the analysis due to the number i assumed above, i'll ignore half of those candidates, from every Group.
Group-1) No. of candidates 1000/2= 500. These 500 people will have to score 55 or less in interview as their score goes upward of 100..🙄
Remaining vacancies: 2000 - 500= 1500
Group-2) No. of Candidates 2000/2=1000. These 1000 people need 65 - 55 min marks in interview for score of 95 - 100 marks respectively to be sure of selection..🙄🙄
Remaining vacancies: 1500 - 1000 = 500
Group-3)Now we're left with the scores of 91-95..range of fiercest competition😢 easily more than 2000 people would fight for a seat in this, and i would rather not reduce any number, but just say, that only 500 people of these would get a chance to sit on the chair of PO, with interview scores of min 65 - 75 for the scores of 95 - 90 respectively..🙄🙄
There would be some 10-20 Miraculous and exemplary selections as well from 74-90 range, who would have performed extraordinarily in interviews, who'll be presented as an example for coming CRPs, as a material of motivation.. 😒😒
