really bad interview...no questions on what I had prepared...I just hope I make it somehow.

I told panel members that i got selected in rrb po, after that they start telling me rrb is good and said they dont want to take interview as i am already selected. They were giving me suggestins regarding banks. I dont know how they will give marks
I told in interview that I know 4 languages (English, Hindi, tamil, Malayalam) Will it increases my chance of selection??
In March or Feb, IBPS will release a scorecard for the students who cleared mains. Will IBPS reveal both the (interview marks + mains marks) in that scorecard or only mains marks?
If anyone has the scorecard of last year which was released by ibps in march, please post here.

My name is Shubham Bijekar. I am sharing my interview experience of IBPS PO/MT-VIII
Date: 04/02/2019
Place: INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK CHENNAI
Panel- 1
Time: 8:30 AM
My number was 14th and then after sucessful biometric it was time for DV
They only asked me 10th marksheet, consolidated marksheet, Degree certificate and AADHAAR CARD
Finally my number came at 11:30 am
(PS mark M as male and F as female)
Members - 3M and 2F
Entered the room with a knock. Greeted them and then they asked me to sit. Thanked them
M1(seemed to be main person) - Shubham where are you from?
Me- sir I am from Nagpur and setteled in Chennai
M1- Introduce yourself
Me- Introduced abt myself with name, educational qualification (mechanical engg 2016 passed out),parents occupation, siblings and hobbies.
F1- How will your graduation help in banking. why are u shifting your sector?
Me- I told abt helping in vehicle loans. Explained well.
F1- Dont you think engineers grabbing seats of commerce student in banking sector?(all panel members laughing)
Me- told about analytical skills. Explained well. She seemed to be satisfied.
F2- What criteria will you see when you give a vehicle loan?
Me- told about CIBIL score, annual income of customer.
F2- what is CIBIL AND CRISIL?
Me- told them in detail. She was impressed
F2- what other can MECHANICAL Engg help other than vehicle loan?
Me- (strucked) then said Farmers tractor, PUMP MOTORS for Farmers. Maam was like ok beta bas hai...lol
M1 again- Tell me about SEBI
Me- explained it and told abt share IPO FPO
M1- what is primary and secondary market?
Me- told. he seemed to be satisfied
M2- what have u been doing since your graduation?
Me- told about getting job in IT which I was not interested and told about me preparing for Govt sector
M2- what is difference between overdraft and demand draft?
Me - explained well. All were satisfied
M3- What is AML?
Me- got confused between AML and ALM. coud'nt recall. said sorry
M3- No problem. Who issues AADHAAR card?
Me- UIDAI.
M3- what is that?
Me- explained that but did'nt recall full form.
M1(again) - so what is latest technology adopted in Railway? ( as father was in railways)
Me- Explained about train 18. complete details. M1 seemed to be most interested about it. Asked further more questions about it. Answered it very well.
M1- Very good. K shubham all the best.
Me- Thanked everyone and exited the room with smiling face at 11:40 am
overall was good experience and Panel members were friendly and it was more or less a 2 way communication rather than the interview. Hopefuly gets cleared.
Any candidate from lucknow, who faced no question from academics and almost nothing from banking...?
I am little worried, as my interview seems an exception in comparison to other candidates.
This was my experience, the interviewers asked almost nothing from banking (only functions of RBI and then CRR,SLR), I had IT background but they asked nothing from it despite telling them that, I have some experience.
They asked me about the place from where I have completed my education and historical questions related to it, which lead to other history based questions and then some GK questions and after that some current news (I answered most of them pretty well). The interview went for around 7-8 minutes.

Generally I don't ask these types of questions but one of my friends(call him A)is conscious and deeply involved in thinking process of the result.A's prelims score 78.50 and in mains he has attempted 93 questions as sections LR-21 questions (expecting marks-20 to 21.50),GA-20 questions ( marks-17.50 as 2 wrong),English-34 questions (expecting marks-25 to 27.50),DI-18 questions (expecting marks-16 to 18.50 ),descreptive- around 15 marks...so accordingly mains marks (93.50 to 100)/225 and interview was fine can say above average one banking q(financial inclusion- fully interpreted) one scenario based q(branch in going loss for 3 years-rationally answered but without any technical point)and other personal q(you are just 20 why you want banking,du kaise pahchna hua,kaha se ho kya banana chahte ho,kon si crop max hoti hai tumhare yaha)strength and weakness all answered within a span of 7 to 8 min( only 1 was nodding and smiling others were giving sincere look with one sleeping cell in the panel) expecting marks from my side (60/100)....#can you guys suggest A on a postive note:)😊
