Job kyun nhi kiye? Technicl pucha wo bhi nhi bol paya. Waste kyun kiye 4 saal? Koi kuch suggst nhi kia ghar pe? Jaise engg join karne k baad samajh nhi aya toh engg job nhi kiya toh bank mai ane k baad agar vanking pasand nhi ayi toh kya karoge? Sirf kyun job nhi kia leke usko pareshan kia aur kuch nhi pucha ab mai kya karun?
i dont understand ..y do organisation call in the ratio 1:3 for interview...when everyone knows k last k 1/3 se noone gets selected..even the 2/3 of the middle are on dicey side..only start k 1/3 have fair chance

Interview: Prepared nothing; on top of my abysmal CA and banking knowledge. But they only asked very easy questions based on my job and academic background.

Cutoff mein is Baar quant ke 10 number ka difference Kam se Kam dikhega. So 10 => 3.5 . 47.04 - 3.5=> cutoff will be between 43 and 44. I am dead sure about this(it may decrease but can't be more than 44). P.S: itna ka bhi guarantee nahi ki aaj jayega mujhe. Itna ka bharosa may be mains marks ke Baad aa Sakta hai. I know two of interviewees of 2017 call them A and B.mains marks of (A-88.50) and(B-100),, interview marks of(A-78)and(B-55).(both of them were friend prepared together belong to UR cutoff was mains-82, final-47.04). Consequently A is working in andra bank as a po and B is now__*(don't get assune that he is still struggling), B has cleared nabard grade A exam in 2018 and posted in mumbai😊:). Moral of the story-"If you have walked a long path from the start and you find in the end that the path has a long wall, don't be disheartened relax take a few steps back jump the wall and see the magic"🤗:)

Me: Good afternoon ma'am good afternoon Sirs. M1: please be seated.- So you are Devanand. Do you know the bollywood actor Devanand. Me: Yes sir. I do know him. He is called the Cary Grant of India. M1: Do you know any heroines he worked with. Me: Sir I don't know exactly the names but I do remember, his first debut film is with an actress who also worked in a Telugu film in 1942, film name: Baala Nagamma. M2:. Oh you watch many movies then. Me: Haven't watched any recent movies but yes I used to watch a lot of movies. M2: You are from mechanical background and passed out in 2014, what are you doing all these days? Is there any specific reason? Me: Sir to be honest, I tried to become a design engineer but the salary for Design engineer in India is very low and no one is ready to recruit a fresher with a reasonable package. So I tried to do MS in Germany but my IELTS score is not good enough, I tried twice but the result is not satisfactory to get my desired University. So gave up and started working as BPO and parellelly preparing for bank jobs. But I was not able to put my full efforts so I gave up my job and started to prepare solely for banks. (*While I was answering they asked a few normal questions*, *I also ate a big chunk of their time too*) F1: *trying to divert the topic* ok devanand what did you prepare for today's interview? Me: I didn't went too deep into the subject but I did prepare for basic banking questions. F1: what is base rate ? Me: the minimum rate of interest levied by the bank on loans etc. Is called basic rate. M2: that's not correct. F1: I think he is correct Sir? M2: you asked for what? F1: base rate. M2: oh sorry I was thinking about something else, please continue. F1: Have you attended any interviews before? Me: Yes ma'am I attended for RRB PO last year in Bangalore. M3: So you applied for Karnataka. Me: Yes Sir I did and that's a mistake. M3: why? Me: at that time students agitated against outsiders coming to give exam in Karnataka because we don't know the local language and we will not be able to communicate with the rural customers. So the exam got cancelled and later the venue was changed and very tough paper was given, still I cleared the Mains also but I haven't prepared well thinking there will be more agitations in future as well. M4: Ok, How many RRBs are there in Andhra Pradesh? Me: Sorry Sir, I can't remember the exact number but I can give you some names of the rural banks.*and gave three names of RRBs* M4: Ok Later I was asked to leave. Panel had 4male and 1 female everyone asked at least 1 question. what are indirect and direct taxes? Is custom duty direct or indirect tax? Slabs in gst? Gst free goods? What is partnership?(some cross questioning) Difference between indemnity and guarantee? Difference between hypothecation and mortgage? Business law me Kya pada tha college me? No current affairs, no budget related questions, no banking. Sardar ji sir in the panel tried to create pressure ( arey ye hi nahi aata ) etc...
