My interview: 31st January 2019, Hyderabad (Panel 3). Morning shift. 3 gents and 1 lady as interviewers. No questions were asked about banking. It was like HR interview for me (will you be able to survive in rural areas if you get posted there?) What did you do after graduation? Why you could not clear your previous bank exams? Most questions were asked about my current job. Some current affairs and government schemes also. 10 minutes duration for my interview. The interviewers were very nice.

To all those who feel ki panel no.matters. They don't Every morning, panel change ho jata hai, jo members aaj panel 1 mein hai..Wahi members kal panel 2 ho jate h. Members ko bhi subah mein hi pata chalta hai kon sa panel mila hai unko. Ek aur chij jo sayad bht ko nahi pata ho. Panel members ki bhi ek din class hoti hai jahn unhe bataya jata h kya puchiye, kaise cooperative rahiye, must not let candidate panic. Isliye get over this thinking that aaj kya pucha kyuki mera kal hai same panel h. Illusion hai,kyuki wo kal badal jata hai.
This post is not meant for criticising any government. Unemployed people like us will never benefit from budget allocations by the government. Instead, our problems surge and we have to know the budget in details so that we can manage to answer some questions during our interview. 1 Feb 2019 1 pm. Jaipur Naam pucha, kaha se ho, graduation Btech (cs). Phir pucha placement me nhi baithe kya. Maine bola sir back thi 1 subject me to 2017 me honi thi graduation complete but 2018 me hui isliye nhi btha. Phir pucha kisme back thi. Maine bola edc(electronic devices & circuit) to bole ki isme kyu lagi, maine bola sir circuits samajh nahi aate. Phir sab smile krne lag gye. Phir puchte hai diode kya hota hai. I said sir diode to nhi pta aise par led ka bta skta hu. Mujhe lga yu bolenge ki chlo btado but he said "jo pta hai wo apne paas rakho jitna pucha hai wo batao" (iss line se thoda nervous ho gaya). I said nahi pata sir. Phir bole budget ke bare me batao. I said sir aaj hi hua hai 5 lakh tax limit bdha di gayi hai. Then he said nahi nahi general batao kya concept hai. Maine bataya expenditure aur revenue ka ek estimate hota hai. Then thoda ispe aur pucha types of receipts, deficit budget wgrh maine bata diya. Mpc pucha wo bhi bata diya. Ye sab ek hi sir ne pucha jo middle me bthe the. Uske baad dusre sir ne pucha banking me kya kua padh ke aaye ho. I said sir basic terms padhi hain bss. Repo rate, reverse repo rate wgrh. Then he asked consortium account kya hota hai. I said I don't know. Then he asked kitne tarah ke accounts hote hai. I said current, savings, demat. Phir unhone demat pucha maine bata dia. Phir bole current account pe interest milta hai kya. I said nhi milta sir. Phir bole agar ek bhikhari ko account khulwana ho to khulwa sakta hai kya. I said yes sir jan dhan ke andar khulwa skta hai. Phir bole agar ek bacche ka account hai to usko interest milega kya. Maine kaha sir I'm not sure but shyd milta hai. Then he asked loan mil skta hai kya. I said sir education loan mil skta hai parents ke through. Then he asked ki agar us 10 saal ke bacche ko home loan lena ho to mil jayega kya. Maine kaha sir home loan to nahi milega. Bss phir bhej diya. Aur baki kisi ne kuch nahi pucha. Overall kafi bekar experience tha. Kafi jagah nervous bhi ho gaya tha.

Patna panel 1 interview done There were 5 in my panel 4M 1F Let's call them M1, M2, M3, M4, 1F M1: tell me something about yourself which is not mentioned in the application form? -answered M1: in which company did yu get placed and yu left the company why? -answered M1: what I'd digital signal processing (as I am from electronics background)? -answered M1: I see you have studied PRINCIPLE OF MANAGEMENT in your engineering college tell me something about that? - I answered in detail and mentioned about different theory of motivation, managerial skill and one of the example I gave was Maslow theory of motivation M1: explain in detail the Maslow theory?? -I answered in detail and mention all the 5 needs which Maslow categorised. M1: good M1: anyone else has to ask any questions?? L1: tell me when was banks nationalised? Me: answered in detail L1: what is repo rate? Me: answered L1: what is a crossed cheque? Me: answered L1: okay M1: anyone else want to ask the question? M2: I am satisfied M3: I am satisfied M4: what is Recapitalization?? Me: when bank find it hard to function properly due to high NPA govt infuse capital in the bank so that it could function properly. M4: only NPA is there any other reason??? Me: yes sir to meet Basel 3 requirements M4: what will happen if you recapitalize whether CRAR will increase or decrease?? Me-increase sir M1: thank you you can go now Me: thanks you sir
