Thanks for overwhelming response for my post on caste based reservation topic, The content i tried to explain on that message is to not to abuse those reservation seeking people and understand about caste based reservation. However everyone ask about empirical evidence Which they themselves don't have. However read the below article with sound evidence from a reputed journal. I hope this silence everything, but making noise is yours choice. Though i do not belong to category you are abusing, they are my colleagues. Pgians are beyond this i hope so. Thank you. WHEN some 1 posts the result gonna be out by April 1st ... But realises it's only 2days and gets tensed for the unexpected surprise.

People here expecting the result because "ab tak delay ka koi notice nahi aaya". IBPS never mentions that result will be out on April 1. Check the notificarion again.. It says in final result to be out in APRIL 2020. So they can post the result any day in April. Isiliye ab tak notice nahi aaya

The then V P Singh government had announced 27 per cent reservation for OBCs based on the Mandal Commission recommendation, which was broadly prepared on the basis of the country’s last castes data collected in the 1931 census.

Not all castes among the Other Backward Classes (OBCs), entitled to reservations are reaping the same benefits. The Indian Express reported today that 97 per cent of all jobs and admissions, reserved under the OBC category have been claimed by just under 25 per cent of sub-castes. 983 communities --37 per cent of the total -- did not get a single job or admission, the report said.
Interestingly, just 10 communities in the OBC category have availed of as much as 24.95 per cent of jobs and admissions. As many as 994 OBC sub-castes have a total representation of only 2.68 per cent in recruitment and admissions.

Few things bugging me about the issuance of results on 1st april they are:- 1) IBPS is not a life essential service. It has been clearly mentioned in the notification for lockdown that only life essential services will be open for business. 2) Most banks haven't still given their final indent for vacancies for this year. As most head offices of any Bank are functioning with half the number of employees on any given day, with most even from these working employees on a leave amidst lockdown, how can bank leave life critical services like withdrawal of money and get engaged in some activity that can be completed on any other day as well. 3) ibps has mentioned in notification that allotment will be made in the month of April. Now most are expecting a letter from ibps entailing the deferring of the results from 1st April. If they haven't mentioned a date in the notification, why would they release any letter for it? They did mentioned that any score obtained in 2018 will lapse on 31st of March. That is why they did release a letter entailing that dates have been deferred. Now my guess is that they will issue result in April but on 1st is something I don't know about. Given these 3 points, why do you still feel that result will be issued on 1st April, please elaborate

Result to aayega 1st april ko hi bcoz Rbi ki site pe 27th March ko administrator ki post ki vacancy aayi hai with details to ibps ko result publish karne me koi dikkat nhi hogi. Also recession hit karega to bhi jo log selected है unki job nhi jayegi recession ka jyada asar private sector pe padega. So stay optimistic and hopeful. Stay indoors stay safe. Corona go Go corona.
