Normally to conduct both GD and interview more no of candidates are called. But in SBI PO the ratio was 1:2.67 ONLY. Y can't it be 1:2.5 or 1:2 now in IBPS PO. Yes, there z a possibility. Hope fr d bst.

Can someone explain me the process of alloting the bank to the aspirant! I mean I have 97 in mains UR. expecting good marks in interviews, Prefs are 1)BOB 2) DENA 3)BOI... mughe aisa lagta h k wo pre determined te ya pehle se hi aapas me setting kr rakha ta k har candidate ko ek sa hi no. dena h...iss wajah se wo interview k nam pe mazak kr rhe te.........unke attitude se b nahi lag rha ta k wo kisi ko fail kare..what's say frnd...aapko kya lagta h?? I already posted my interview experience in another thread when this thread is inactive.. So I am going to post my interview experience here.. Plz analyse it.. my PO interview was in corporation bank staff training college, bangalore on 2st January....they first asked why we hire you? my answer was like a common answer, like good leadership quality, inter personal skill, also being an engineer my skills can used for bank etc,,etc .. chairman agreed all my points, and told me all of your qualities are good and needed for banking.. but we need an another quality also.. and asked me what was that.. I didnt get answer.. and chairman told " marketing quality".. next question was why i resigned from job for preparing exams.. I told that I didnt get enough time in past job for preparation..but I think he didnt satisfied.. Then he asked me what are the exams that I attended.. I answered Ibps po,ibps rrb,ssc cgl, rrb junior engineer etc.. Then he asked me what are the exams that I passed.. I answered IBPS PO.. Then he told me that we know, that's why you are here, isn't it? I told yes Sir, apart from this I couldn't clear any exams.. Then he asked me in which bank do you have account.. My answer was SBI, and he asked why I choosed SBI? I told that I am a frequent user of net banking, so SBI net banking is much better.. But he asked me how is the offcial in bank..whether they friendly or not.. I told him, they are friendly.. I think he needs that friendly customer attitudes of bank, answer....all other questions I answered well.. like plastic cards, public sector and private sector banks, rrb, rbi functions etc.. can I get atleast min mark ? I got 94.75 marks in exam and OBC.... Plz analyse my interview.. My main tension is that as i said earlier, when he asked what are the exams that i passed, my answer was IBPS PO, and he told me that we know. That's why you are here isn't it.. Whether this create any problem? Actually I didnt answer intentionally that.. When he asked suddenly what are the exams I passed, I answeres IBPS po.. Really tensed about april 1st.. 😞
