You got high mark in written exam and you only needs just a passing mark in interview.. And your interview was not too bad to fail you.. But on April 1st you unexpectedly fail in interview.. ie.. You only got below 40/35 in case of ur/obc.. Then what will you do? Will you approach court? Will you write to PM about partiality? Or will you simply sitting and prepare for other exams? Or what anything else you will do?

"Balaji you are the person sitting like an interviewer, and we the people who are attending interview to you".
As i didn't answer some questions so only he told like that. So I stated that my interview was below average.. How many marks will i get???....

Help me out guys...... i managed jzz 67 in main n m from sc category..interview was in dena bank Ahmedabad, and i could answer only 40 percent of the questions dat were asked whic were all related to exim bank as it was my 1st preference.. but the interview went very good as i managed to make the panel laugh for a few moments which were regarding my girl friend type questions and also on sum political discussions ...at da end one old panel member said ^^ i m very impressed to c dat u have already done ur jaiib and want to go to exim bank ,though u r already working in bob as a officer,best of luck for ur career n future ^^^

Do i stand any chance to clear the cut off n score 2 marks above it,so dat i can get my destination bank i.e. bank of india...
I want to leave bob,coz of its hr policies,,its hell here...i m literally dying here which is 3000 kms away from my home,i belong from assam n now posted in gujarat.....

From whr eva u may b,90 percent posibility u will b posted at gujarat,n u wont b transferred to ur home zone b4 6 or 7 years,officially it is 5 years,all odr banks have a max period of 3 yrs transfer policy...nd deres lot more,but dis point is enough to make one person break down

- इंटरव्यू पे गाड़ी फसेली हैं…रापचिक नंबर मिले तो भिड़ू अपुन भी अंदर है
- थकेले बुढढो ने अपुन की बूच मार ली…अभी साला इंटरव्यू मे पास होगेले तो अपुन भी फटे तक पार्टी करेंगे
