How one can differentiate between good, bad or average interview because merely by answering every question it cannot be taken as a good interview so we should ask HR people about this? any HR available in pg. As a panel consist of 5 members every one would have their own perception about canditates so how they are consolidating the marks.Atitude constitutes what , if we provide wrong answer with full confidence is it a good atitude? After going through So many Banking website i think the average general score lies between 90-95
Lets take 92.5 approximately 93 as the average marks for gen
Now 46.5*8=37.2
Now lets say the avg Interview marks are between 55-60, let me take 57 i.e 11.4
So my prediction of final cut off for GEN will be
37.2+11.4= 48.6
