If we consider AP&telangana list of 1400+ students same for all 40700 then 40700/1400=28.66 ,according to list 95+reservation vale(75) then 28.66*75=2290(95+),so gen 4460(95+)......for obc 27.5% na that's = 3700....90-95 Vale(130) 130*28.66~3700(90-95)....this just written based,interview not considered...this is one possibility......
