Is there any possibility that after getting selected in the list published by IBPS on 1st of April for a particular bank, the bank might not send the offer letter for the same as IBPS is only a body that is conducting the exam and does not take any responsibility for the final recruitment.
Do they atleast give passing marks in interview

how come most people are confident tat they wont fail a candidate in interview unless he/she misbehaves with the panel ??wont they fail if our interview was poor? i'm asking this cos my interview was bad and i'm worried alot.

My interview is at TPS jaipur 28 feb. Panel2, They asked all question straight, no deviation
1. okk aapne B.tech. kha se ki.....answered
2. M.tech. kha se kia...answered
3. aap academics m kyo try nhi kr rhe...answered that teaching part tym nd preparing for exams
4. aapne kis sub m m.tech. kia h....digital comm.
5. digital india k baare m btaiye....answered(not exactly)
6. beating retreat kya hoti h 26 jan fn m....answered correctly
7. fiscal deficit and current ac deficit....answered first nd said CAD clear nhi h
8. then said to second member to ask....he asked fn of RBI...answered all BA ka rata hua
9. MOnetary policy explain krne ko kha...nd agar shi nhi rhi to kya hoga ....answered (no cross q)
10. third member(female).....what is seven sisters....I told them about north east states(dont know may be she is askig about oil cmpnys....but no cross q)
11. swacch bharat abhiyan.....answered(not exactly)...they asked when started I didnt recall just say....announced at 15 aug
12. fourth member...what is rupey.....I told them like visa, master it is indian payment gateway...they ask why we reqd indian...I say we have to pay something to them...the he ask what ...then he say it is (commision)
13.what is micro idustries....I told limit 25 lakh nd 10 lakh but told capital ...then he ask r u confirm it is capital...i said no.
14. what is service tax now...I say 14 prcnt ...he ask extra...I say cess but wrongly said 2.5 prcnt he corrcted .5 prcnt
15. asked about hobby....music as I play guitar....asked about beetals lead guitarist ..dont know anser...
