My interview wz approx. 15 minutes long..
Panel head askd me to introduce yourself,abt my father wht ur goals n all..thn one member askd me abt my edu background, current event related ques,sm historical ques...as I hav physics background I hav nt answrd historic ques well n told him tht I don't knw sir.. n he started telling me stories of past...I hv listened him well n tried to show him tht wtever he'z telling me abt past I'm liking it....thn girl member frm panel started questioning me frm banking & finance..she askd me abt 4-5 ques n I answrd it well thn panel head intervened nd started askng me abt sm financial ques...after my answr he told me tht "tmhare pas knwldge bhut h bt thora shuffle kr rhe ho" n I thnk he wz right thora answr btate waqt I wz answrng more thn required(it wz bkz kbhi mock nhi de paye)...thn he lastly askd me one last ques n told me chlo ye bta do...I started answrng..I knew it bt in middle of my ans I collapsed nd said him sorry sir thts all I knw...thn panel head told other two members who didn't questiond me to questn me...they were jst staring me throughout my interview n lastly told their head tht "aplog itna puch hi chuke h ab aur kya puchna"......overall I answrd 70-80% ques of abt 14 ques.. I wz dressed well..one other candidate told me tmhe dekh k hi nmbr de dnge(bt these r nt true I thnk)....smtime whn they askd I answrd(sm overasnwrd),smtime I clearly told thm tht sorry sir I don't knw.. nd took interest to knw frm them...I thnk girl member wz happy frm me bkz she had nice smile whn I ansrd all her ques..head member knew tht I hav knwldge bt smtime I suffered nd one other member knew tht he is taking interest in current events bt nt in history n all... ri8 nw m a 22 years old graduated last year... with no work experience(does this effect??)..
Plz tell me hw much I can expect frm my interview n hw much they use to give in patna region fr this kind of interview(if anyone hv experience abt it)..it'll be very nice of u all if agr koi ispe kuch bta sako kitne nmbr mil skte h interview me aur kitne chahiye hnge mujhe??
Rbi ki norms k according 3 % tak npa koi bada issue nahi h..1969 se 2014 tak kabhi bhi 3 % se jyada nahi hua ..2014-ab tak 5 % cross hone wala h...

IDBI privatization, IOB/BMB not recruiting dis yr.... petitions... "I don't care watevr be d cutoff IDBI shouldn't recruit dis yr !!" etc. etc. .... fighting, abusing each other mothers'/sisters' !!

abhi jab logo me alag2 tarike ki tension hai some are tensed for their chance to get any bank, some are tensed kahi IDBI na palle pad jaae yaar kya fayda hoga itna achha score laake jab private me hi jaana tha toh...................
guys i want to share an incident, in my village there are 4-person start working as exchange operator in 1995. they are all 45+ years in age and are brahmins. they have nothing in their mind like sarkari naukari they were worked there just to earn their bread. it was in 1999-2000 when BSNL was founded 3 of them absorbed as permanent and one of them was unable to make it. as i know all of them personally no difference was there in anything.his 3- friend got sarkari naukari in their 50's so why was he unable?
i know hard work is very very important but there is another factor called luck is also important. if you see around yourself you will come to know many such incidents where you realise the power of luck. but that is not in our hand we can do is only KARMA. so do your work in best possible way thats what we can do. agar private hi krna likha hoga toh ho ke rhega.........
believe it or not but this is fact....
1. idbi will surely recruit this year. bcoz ibps dont mention in his advertisement that this exam is for govt bank only. and pvt bank also needs manpower & if they are getting high scorer why would they withdraw for ibps. also it will get privatized in future so for now this is govt so it is useless to discuss that it ll not recruit this yr bcoz it ll became private in upcoming yr.
2. BMB may or may not recruit. their proposal of merging with sbi gets rejected bcoz sbi was not ready to adopt its employee. union bank has agreed and in upcoming 3-4 month BMB will be merged in union bank(or in other psb). so its hard to say anything about BMB recruitment.
3. IOB is barred from recruiting by RBI bcoz of high NPA.
Hello fellas,
IBPS never said PO-5 recruitment is for Public Sector undertakings. It simply mentions the term "Participating Organisations".
It doesn't matter if the organization will be privatized at a later stage as IBPS is on the safer side since Day-1.
So personally I don't think your petitions and Pleas will help here.
