Frnds i have sent a mail to ceo of idbi(format below), i feel the only chance is to send this mail so that atleast it comes into to ears of IDBI mgt as even IBPS is not helping in this issue.. so i request if u can do the same(if u wish to )┬а
Dear Sir,
┬а ┬а ┬а ┬а ┬а ┬аI have cleared my IBPS -PO V Mains exam which was held on 31/10/2015 with a score of 108.50(general category). During the filling of form i have put IDBI Bank as my top preference which i felt was a better bank due to its advancing technology ,better customer care & public sector nature. But now our Honourable Finance Minister Sh.Arun Jaitley issued a statement saying that they may consider privatising IDBI Bank in near future. Though i have nothing against it as all we want is a better career in Banking but i feel those aspirants like me who always dreamt of a government job & studied so hard for more than one year for getting it are actually feeling injustice as even after getting good marks still we are actually demotivated and those getting lesser marks are actually motivated that they are atleast getting a government job. I have asked IBPS about it and they are saying that only Banks have a say in this process as they are only test conducting organisation. So its my humble request to you to please address this issue as i think you dont even want a future banker to feel demotivated even before joining the job. Waiting for a favourable response from your side
